Telehealth Movement Breaks

According to certified telemental-health provider, Pamela Suraci, when conducting therapy sessions over telehealth platforms, we tend to sit very still. However, when we interact with clients face-to-face, we use many micromovements that we often do not even realize we are using. Suraci proposes that it is important for both clients and practitioners to take movement breaks during teletherapy sessions. Below are a few “movement break” activities you can use with your clients!
