MEDA Free Drop-in Group for Family and Friends
- Mondays, 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm CST (6:00 pm – 7:00 pm EST)
- This drop-in group is designed for all loved ones of someone with an eating disorder. It is a place to connect to individuals, ask questions, and share in a supportive community. This is a peer-led support group.
MEDA Free Drop-in Recovery Support Group
- Tuesdays, 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm CST (7:00 pm – 8:00 pm EST)
- Thursdays, 11:00 am - 12:00 pm CST (12:00 pm – 1:00 pm EST)
- Free online recovery-focused drop-in support group. This is a peer support group moderated by a Masters Level Therapist.
